Welcome!
I began my journey in complementary therapies at the age of 18 after seeing a Homeopath for my own health issues. From this point forward a Homeopathic Career was always where I was headed. I qualified in my first therapy at the age of 19 and worked as a holistic therapist for over 15 years before I finally felt ready to take on the 4 year training with the Centre for Homeopathic Education at Regents College in London. I have now been a Homeopath for over 10 years and have seen some wonderful healing during this time.
The Garden Apothecary was born from my own personal experience with fertility challenges — a journey that taught me patience, compassion, and the deep healing power of nature.
Though my path eventually led to the beautiful gift of adopting two wonderful children, it also awakened a lifelong passion to support other women through their own journeys — whether that’s fertility, perimenopause, menopause, or simply finding balance in the midst of life’s emotional tides.
My work as a homeopath has evolved not only from my training and experience, but from being a friend, a wife, a mother, and a daughter. Now, as I navigate perimenopause myself, I have a deep empathy and understanding for the emotional, physical, and hormonal changes that women experience at every stage of life. Each stage brings its own challenges and transformations, and I am committed to walking alongside women with compassion, insight, and gentle guidance.
I work with women and couples who are seeking natural, holistic support for fertility, hormonal balance, and emotional wellbeing. Using gentle, individualised homeopathic remedies, I help you reconnect with your body, restore emotional equilibrium, and rediscover calm and confidence along the way.
My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a belief that every woman’s story deserves to be heard. I understand how emotions, hormones, and life’s transitions intertwine — and how important it is to feel supported on every level, not just physically.
I consider the relationship between homeopath and patient to be deeply important. That’s why I offer a free enquiry call — a space for you to talk openly, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether working together feels right for you.
